Surface Preparation
Concrete is ground or shot-blasted to open the pores and ensure maximum epoxy adhesion.
Crack & Joint Repair
All cracks, spalls, and control joints filled and levelled with rigid epoxy filler.
Epoxy Application
Base coat, decorative flake or metallic layer, and high-build clear topcoat applied in sequence.
Cure & Handover
Floor cures for 24–48 hours. Light foot traffic in 24 hours, vehicles in 72 hours.
